This hotel is conveniently located near a public market and shopping center. the bay is also very close, providing beautiful views. the Front Office Supervisor was helpful and knowledgeable about the area. the breakfast had a nice fruit selection.
The language barrier with some of the staff made communication difficult.

The rooms were comfortable, with a view overlooking the bay and a comfy bed. The location was perfect, right near the public market and shopping center, making it easy to explore and shop. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious.

The attention to detail is evident in the cozy and clean rooms, complete with a comfy bed for a good night's sleep. The location is perfect, right near the Bai Tho mountain, the shopping center, and the local market. The staff provides excellent service, making sure guests have everything they need. The highlight is the breathtaking view overlooking the bay from the top floor.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, right near the Bai Tho mountain, a shopping center, and very close to the bay. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities are all in place. The rooms are comfortable, with a comfy bed and some even have a view overlooking the bay. The breakfast selection is also satisfying.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

The breakfast was a good start to the day and the bathroom was impressive. , the location of the hotel was on point with markets and malls nearby.
The service was unfriendly and negligent. There was excessive noise late at night making it hard to sleep, and when we requested to be moved to a quieter floor, the staff ignored our request.

I absolutely loved my stay in this hotel. Cleanliness was outstanding, and the hotel facilities were impressive. Additionally, its location close to the shopping center and public market made it very convenient for me to run my errands. The breakfast spread was also top-notch, and the staff were accommodating and hospitable throughout my stay.

We spent our Christmas in this hotel and it was amazing! the staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel at home in a foreign land. the room was clean and cozy, and the bed was comfortable, allowing us to have a good rest after a day of exploring. the location is perfect as it is situated near the shopping district and the stunning bay. Plus, we loved the delicious buffet breakfast and the hotel's stunning rooftop view.
The restaurant was not always open and we found it challenging to find other nearby restaurants that offered an authentic dining experience. the construction works nearby could be quite noisy at times, disturbing our peaceful rest.
